The special selection of grapes from the ‘Chapel’ block and lightly toasted tight grained barrels have been given an extended period of barrel ageing to yield a very rich and intensely fruity wine.
A succulent and juicy light red wine, made up of 70% Shiraz and 30% Merlot. No green flavours, just vibrant red berry fruit. Best served slightly chilled. Perfect quaffing wine!
A small parcel of grapes selected from the eastern side of the district. Given the right royal treatment producing a gorgeous Coonawarra Shiraz. Extended time in tight grained oak has given length and complexity without dominating the rich supple fruit.
A beautiful bold Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Velvety, ripe and fleshy berry fruit flavours, with a long finish rounded off with a touch of vanilla and mint.
